Gateway Concrete Pumping started in 1977 as a family business in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, and it is still family owned and run today. That makes us one of Melbourne's longest-established concrete pumping companies.
Nearly fifty years on, we have pumped more than 85,000 jobs and placed over a million cubic metres of concrete, from first-home builders' slabs through to walls, foundations and commercial and civil pours.
A few things haven't changed since the start. We have always sent two men on every pump, as the Concrete Pumping Code of Practice requires, even though not every pumping company does. We take concrete and slurry back to our yard rather than leaving it on your site. And we still answer the phone ourselves.
